Located in central Madrid, Spain, the Complutense University of Madrid (established in 1293) is a public research university enrolling around 85,000 students, it is one of the oldest Universities in the world.
Jeff became aware of the work of professor Manuel Guzman and his research into the anti-cancer properties of cannabinoids in 2010, since then he has closely followed the academic research of Manuel and his team.
In conjunction with the University, Jeff is conducting research into the anti-cancer properties of cannabinoids and a study to determine which are more effective as anti-cancer agents, whole plant extracts? synthetic? or individual cannabinoids? will commence in the Autumn of 2016.
In 2015 Jeff and his supporters raised €35,000 (US $40,000) to conduct a study to determine which cannabinoids are more effective as anti-cancer agents, whole plant extracts? individual cannabinoids? or synthetic cannabinoids?
In Spain there are over 1,000 private cannabis members clubs.
Jeff assists many Cannabis Associations in Spain with advice & guidance on medical cannabis.
Jeff works closely with activist groups and individuals throughout Europe, offering advice and guidance on a wide range of cannabis issues.
